適合類(lèi)型：所有底座配備萬(wàn)向輪的椅子。  

測試性質(zhì)：評估辦公椅腳輪在負載狀態(tài)下移動(dòng)的耐久能力。分有障礙和無(wú)障礙兩種測試方式。  

測試對象：椅子的基底（例如：五星腳）和萬(wàn)向輪的組合體。

二、測試程序：

將椅子基底和萬(wàn)向輪的組合在225磅砝碼負載狀態(tài)下,由外力驅使其以8-12CPM的速度使腳輪在762毫米的行程內通過(guò)有障礙2000次及無(wú)障礙98000次的平面往復運動(dòng),測試腳輪的耐久能力。多種儀器監控測試。

辦公桌測試機常見(jiàn)測試項目：桌子的穩定性和桌面沖擊測試。      

1、垂直負載下的穩定性試驗：

Stability test of the vertical load

把試件放在試驗基面上。在其不穩定桌邊中心離邊沿向內50mm桌面處通過(guò)載入墊垂直向下逐漸加力到規定的力值或者至少試件至少有一個(gè)桌腳離地為止。

2.垂直和水平載入穩定性試驗：

把試件放在試驗基面上。用擋塊擋住試件不穩定邊的桌腳。防止試件在試驗中移動(dòng)。在該邊中心離邊沿向內50mm桌面處通過(guò)載入墊垂直向下施加100N的力。同時(shí)在該邊中心桌上向外施加一個(gè)水平力。逐漸增加該力到規定值或者至少有一個(gè)桌腳離地為止。
